Adaptive Clothing is clothing that has the appearance of regular apparel, but is designed with specific features such as snaps, zippers, and Velcro™ to provide the professional caregiver or home care provider with “ease-of-dress,” while providing the utmost comfort for the individual who has restricted movement or is confined to a bed or wheelchair. Adaptive clothing is also sometimes referred to as assistive clothing, special need clothing, nursing home clothing, handicapped clothing and health care apparel – no matter what you call it, we will make sure that you find the right adaptive clothing and footwear items for you, your loved one, or your resident.

The selection of clothing in the catalog is quite extensive. However, I wish the sizes were truer to the sizing chart. I had ordered size small adaptive undershirts for my mother (who is a size 6-8)but had to return them. The small size was cut so full it fit my size 14 sister.

Thank you for your feedback. You are correct, the adaptive undershirts are very full cut. This is because they are 100% cotton and will shrink a good amount after washing.
